About Us

We hope that your child will have a happy learning experience at Maryfield Pre-school. We aim to provide the highest quality of early years education and care for all our children. We welcome each individual child and family to a warm and caring environment within which all children can learn and develop as they play. We believe that children and parents are entitled to courtesy and prompt, careful attention to their needs and wishes.  Maryfield Pre-school follows the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, as specified by the Department of Education.

• We are a member of the Pre-school Learning Alliance and the Early Years Childcare and Development Partnership.

• We are closely monitored and inspected by OFSTED and Bromley/Greenwich Early Years.

• Maryfield Pre-school ensures that quality childcare is provided by suitably qualified and trained staff.

• The following are unacceptable and will not be tolerated at Maryfield Pre-school:

  • 1) discriminatory behaviour and remarks;

  • 2) abusive and threatening language or behaviour towards staff or among parents/carers. Appropriate action will be taken for incidents involving these.
